MindTree Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 27, 2017, have declared an interim dividend of 20% (Rs.2/- per equity share of par value Rs.10/- each). The record date for payment of this interim dividend will be April 10, 2017 (as has been intimated earlier vide above referred letter) Interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or before April 20, 2017.

Colgate Palmolive (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2017, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2017. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 27.20 crore .
