Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process- The undersigned would like to inform you that an application has been filed before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ("NCLT"), seeking approval of the Resolution Plan under Section 30(6) read with Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 39 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
