Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 23, 2015 has appointed Ms. Ami Kothari as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. March 24, 2015 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on March 23, 2015) on account of voluntary delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. March 31, 2015.
