Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. March 24, 2015 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on March 23, 2015) on account of voluntary delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. March 31, 2015.

Su-Raj Diamonds And Jewellery Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution passed on April 13, 2012 have decided to allot 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakh) Equity Shares to Kohinoor Diamonds Private Limited in consequence to the option exercised by them to convert 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakh) OFCWs into Equity Shares. Allotment of 4,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on account of conversion of Equivalent number of OFCWs were made on February 01, 2012.

Su-Raj Diamonds And Jewellery Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have made allotment of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company on October 14, 2010 to the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs). Further, the Board of Directors of the Company have also allotted Convertible Warrants on October 14, 2010 to the Promoter Group Company.
