Mr. Punit Beriwala, belongs to Promoter/ Promoter Group, had already submitted the Disclsoure in terms of Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 for the release of 50,00,000 Equity shares and 50,00,000 Equity shares pledged by the Promoters.
