Tube Investments of India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company (''the Board") at its meeting held on March 15, 2017, has appointed, on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Mr. Vellayan Subbiah as an Additional Director on the Board and as the Managing Director (Designate) of the Company, with effect from August 19, 2017. The term of appointment of Mr. Vellayan Subbiah is for a period of 5 years. He will take over as the Managing Director of the Company on the completion of term by Mr. L Ramkumar, the present Managing Director.
