��Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that the Chennai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered for Liquidation of the Company, THIRU AROORAN SUGARS LTD, vide its order dated April 08, 2021 against the Application No.������������������������������ IA/1186/IB/2020, filed by Mr R Raghavendran ,Resolution Professional under Section 33(2) �������� of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 read with Rule 11 and 32 of NCLT Rules, 2016 and appointed Mr. RAMAKRISHNAN SADASIVAN as the Liquidator

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Court 2 of the Chennai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has, Vide its order dated June 07,2019 admitted the Petition/Application No.1BA 243/2019 filed by State Bank of India under Section 7 read with Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 and appointed Mr R Raghavendran, having Reg.
