Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the admission to dealings in securities of the company Thiru Arooran Sugars Limited shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. November 20, 2023 pursuant to Order dated May 02, 2022 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, in accordance with the scheme of Compromise and Arrangement under Section 230 (1) and Section 66 of Companies Act, 2013 together read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, NCLT rules 2016 and Regulation 3(2)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Delisting) Regulations, 2021.

Thiru Arooran Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 9, 2015 to December 15, 2015 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on December 15,2015.

Thiru Arooran Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 29, 2014.
