The Byke Hospitality Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 13th August 2014, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business:- (1) The Board took note of addition of property "The Byke Grassfields"at Jaipur and launch of new web portal WWW.TRIPDEAL.CO.IN (2) The Board has considered and approved to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs.21 crores to Rs.41 crores so as to issue bonus equity shares, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
