Tata Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 30, 2016, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.20 per ordinary share of Rs. 2/- each and a dividend of Rs. 0.30 per 'A ' ordinary share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 , subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company. The dividend , if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM , will be paid on and from August 11, 2016.
