Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2017 has Considering the need for ploughing back profits for augmenting capital adequacy ratio, the Board of Directors has decided not to declare dividend for the current year 2016-17.

Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on July 8, 2015.

Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 9, 2015 has recommended a final dividend of 47%(Rs.4.7 per share) for the year 2014-15.

Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3.00 per share (30%), [in addition to interim dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (25%) paid during January 2014) for the year 2013-2014, subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on 27.06.2014.

Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 09, 2014, has approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) for the year 2013-14, subject to bank obtaining notification from Government of India exempting Public Sector Banks from the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. Further, the Bank also informed that, interim dividend will be paid on January 28, 2014.
