Ms. Priyanka is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent Additional Director effective from August 26, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, for a period of 5 years.

Subex Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting held on August 12, 2015 approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Surjeet Singh as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company, for a period of one year from October 5, 2015 to hold office until October 4, 2016 as per the terms of appointment.

Subex Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on the June 19, 2015, M/s S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Bengaluru (Reg. No 101049W) have been appointed as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting (subject to ratification of the appointment by the members at every AGM).
