Subex Azure Limited has informed the Exchange that Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund has not acquired or sold any of his/her shareholdings. The said reduction in the percentage holding is on account of change in share capital of the company and not on account of any fresh acquisitions / sale transactions by Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund in the Company.
