Sintex Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors has not recommended dividend for the year ended on march 31, 2019.

Sintex Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2018, Due to ongoing expansion of business activities and converse resource, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 0.10 per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the Year ended on 31st March, 2018 subject to approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Sintex Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2017 has recommended a dividend@ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.25 per equity share of Rs.1/-each of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2017 subject to approval of the shareholder in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
