Shiva Texyarn Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2017 have re-appointed Sri S K Sundararaman, as Executive Director of the Company for a period of one year from August 13, 2017 to August 12, 2018, subject to approval of members in the General Meeting.
