Strides Arcolab Limited has informed the Exchange that as approved by the Board of Directors of the Strides Acrolab Limited by a resolution passed on November 05, 2015, has fixed Record Date as November 19, 2015 for the purpose of determining the names of the shareholders of Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited who will be entitled to shares in the Strides Acrolab Limited (as consideration under the Scheme of the Amalgamation), in the exchange ratio of 5 (five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Strides for every 16 (sixteen) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each held in the Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015.
