Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 21, 2014 has resolved and recommended final dividend @ 18% which amounts to Rs. 0.36/- per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2014.

Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held on November 14, 2013 has recommended dividend of Rs.1.50/- per share on 10556900 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up for the year ended 2012-13, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
