Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 07, 2024, recommended Final Dividend of 5 per equity share.

Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 25, 2018, did not consider the proposal for interim dividend in view of the financial performance of the Company.

Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 18, 2017 , recommended a dividend of Rs.2.50/- per equity share on 67,18,992 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2016-17. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid / dispatched on August 28, 2017 (Monday) to the eligible shareholders.

Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that the equity dividend, when declared, will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders on July 28, 2015.

Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that the board, at its meeting held on May 19, 2009 has recommended to the shareholders a dividend of Rs.2/- per share on the paid-up equity capital of Rs.51,509,920 for the financial year ended March 31, 2009. For this purpose the Register of Members will be closed from July 18, 2009 to July 22, 2009 (both days inclusive). Dividend if approved by the shareholders will become payable on or after July 27, 2009.

Rane Engine Valve Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 24, 2008 has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of 45% for the financial year ended March 31, 2008. Further the Company has informed that for this purpose the register of members will be closed from July 19, 2008 to July 23, 2008 (both days inclusive).
