Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras for the State of Tamilnadu has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Xenos Automotive Limited with the Company vide its Order dated December 01, 2014 and a copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court in this regard was received by the Company on December 16, 2014.

Pricol Pune Limited.
