Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Board of Directors of Pricol Limited (formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) has fixed December 06, 2016 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of erstwhile Pricol Limited who will be entitled to be allotted equity shares in Pricol Limited (Formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Pricol Limited with Pricol Pune Limited approved by the Hon ble High Court, Madras vide its order dated October 06, 2016.

Pricol Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 12, 2016 to August 17, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 17, 2016.The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 13, 2016 to August 17, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 17, 2016.(Revised)

Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that the committee of Board of Directors at the meeting held on January 13, 2015, have allotted 296,721 equity shares of Re.1/- each to the shareholders of Transferor Company, pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Xenos Automotive Limited with the Company as sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras vide order dated December 1, 2014, under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956. With the said allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs.94.50 million to Rs.94.79 million.
