Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 05, 2015, have approved the appointement of Mr. S. Shrinivasan as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 1, 2015.

Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Shinji Shirasaki has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, and his resignation was noted by the Board at their meeting held on July 31, 2008. Due to his resignation, the office of his alternate director Mr. Yuzuru Doi also gets vacated. Further, appointed Mr. Mitusharu Kato as Director of the Company in place of casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Shinji Shirasaki. The Board has also appointed Mr. Yoshihiko Kato as alternate director to Mr. Mitusharu Kato.
