Pricol Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from June 11, 2013 to June 12, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2013 subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 02, 2013.
