Pradip Overseas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Income Tax Department has carried out search in the Registered Office and the factory premises of the Company on September 21, 2010.

Pradip Overseas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 15, 2010 to September 29, 2010 (both days inclusive) to determine the name of the shareholders entitled to receive dividend on Equity Shares for the year 2009-10, that may be declared by the shareholders of the Company at their Annual General Meeting convened on September 29, 2010.

Pradip Overseas Limited has informed the Exchange that "The fire was broke out in the Raw Material and finished goods godown of the factory of the Company situated at Survey no. 104,105,106, Village Chancharwadi, Opp. Zydus Cadila, Sarkhej Bavla High Way, Changodar, Ahmedabad 382 213 in the evening of July 12, 2010. There was no damage to Plant & Machineries of the Company. The Company is assessing the loss incurred to the Company as a result of the aforesaid fire. All the assets of the Company are fully insured. There is no casualty.

Pradip Overseas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 28, 2010, recommended dividend @ 10% (Re.1 per share). The present share capital of the Company is Rs.40,36,68,199 (4,03,66,819 Equity shares each of Rs.10/- per share).

Pradip Overseas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has opted to submit Audited Financial Results for the year 2009-10, instead of taking on record unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, with in 60 days of the close of the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2010.
