Orient Information Technology Limited has informed the Exchange that Ms. Mosami S. Kesarkar has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and Mr. Ashitosh Sheth has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 18, 2008.
