    Northgate Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2008 recommended 20% final dividend to the shareholders for the Financial Year 2007-08 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

    Northgate Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2007 recommended the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 1:1 (one equity share for every one equity share held) for all existing equity shares. The record date for issue of bonus shares will be fixed up on obtaining approval of Members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has further informed the Exchange that the Board recommended 40% final dividend to the shareholders for the Financial Year 2006-2007, subject to the approval of shareholders
