Northgate Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Northgate Technologies Limited, Northgate Com Tech Limited, Green Fire Agri Commodities Private Limited, their respective shareholders and creditors and approved by the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh on March 28, 2012, the name of the Company has been changed to Green Fire Agri Commodities Limited. Accordingly the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh has issued Fresh Certificate of Incorporation signifying the change of name of the Company to Green Fire
