Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21 of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited ( Exchange ) it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the NEPC Textiles Limited w.e.f. September 15, 2017 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Nepc Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from September 11, 2017 to September 16, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

Nepc Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2016 to September 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2016.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on April 24, 2016 has issued public notice in the newspaper for compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009.
