State Bank of Mysore has informed the Exchange that the Government of India has issued the following Order Dated February 22, 2017, under sub-section (2) of Section 35 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955. Acquisition of State Bank of Mysore Order 2017. In terms of the said order, the entire undertaking of State Bank of Mysore (SBM) shall stand transferred to and vested in the State Bank of India from April 01, 2017.
