Monnet Ispat and Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that Brickworks and CARE have communicated the revision in rating with respect of Company's Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 750 crore. The rationale for rating downgrade has been assigned to deteriorating industry conditions, weak financial performance reported by the company in the second quarter of the current financial year and consequently negative outlook of the company to service its obligations.
