Company has further informed that by order dated November 22, 2005 the Hon'ble BIFR has ordered that company ceases to be a sick insustrial company and accordingly has discharged the Company from the purview of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions)Act, 1985.

Mangalam Timber Products Ltd had informed the Exchange that the workmen / workmen staff employed in the Company's Factory situated at Nabarangpur, Orissa, led by few office bearers of the Employee's Union, have gone for an illegal lightening strike on and from "B" Shift on October 31, 2005 without any reason. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the illegal strike resorted to by the workmen / workmen staff has been unconditionally withdrawn by them and the Company's factory has started normal operations with effect from "B" shift on November 07, 2005.

Mangalam Timber Products Ltd has informed the Exchange that the workmen / workmen staff employed in the Company's Factory situated at Nabarangpur, Orissa, led by few office bearers of the Employee's Union, have gone for an illegal lightening strike on and from "B" Shift on October 31, 2005 without any reason. The workmen led by the Union office bearers have also obstructed the loyal employees of the Company who intended to come to the work place.The company has further informed that the management is trying its level best to resolve the matter.
