Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the proposed dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each, as recommended by the Board of Director, if declared, by the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 27, 2010, will be paid on or after July 30, 2010, to those members of the Company who are entitled to receive the same as on date of book closure.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on April 29, 2010 has recommended a dividend of Rupee 1(one), per equity Share of the face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2010, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held April 29, 2008 has recommendation of Dividend @ 30% i.e.Rs.3/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008, for approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Directors have recommended final dividend of Rs.2.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2007. The total dividend for the year after considering the interim dividend declared and paid, amounts to Rs.4.50 per equity share.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23rd March, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Rs.2 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007. The dividend will be paid tentatively around March 30, 2007. The Board will take a decision on final dividend when it meets to adopt the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007".

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that the BoDs of the Company at their meeting held on October 20, 2006, has declared Interim Dividend on 7% 5,46,000 Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs.100/- each aggregating to Rs.21,79,017.75 including Dividend Tax.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that the BoDs of the Company at their meeting held on April 24, 2006, have recommended a payment of Dividend of Rs.4.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on April 21, 2005, the BOD's of the Company has recommended a payment of dividend of Rs.3/- per share on equity share of Rs.10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2005.
