Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to exercise of options by certain eligible employees under Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme-2006, the Board of Directors of the Company has today issued and allotted 42,875 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each. Consequent to the above allotment the paid up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 32,67,17,790/- to Rs. 32,71,46,540/-, divided into 3,27,14,654 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
