Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Ajay Kadhao as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has resigned with effect from December 12, 2014, which is now merge pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited with the Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited w.e.f. December 10, 2014.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Uday Gupta as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 5th May, 2014, for a period of 1(one) year, subject to necessary approvals, as may be required.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has received a letter dated August 18, 2011 from Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) informing that Ms. Saroj S. Dikhale, Nominee of LIC on the Board of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of Company vide her letter dated August 05, 2011. In view of her resignation, Ms. Saroj S. Dikhale ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from August 05, 2011.

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Uday Gupta as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from May 05, 2011. Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Uday Gupta as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 05, 2011 in place of Mr. K.V. Ramarathnam, whose tenure of service as the Managing Director expired on May 04, 2011. Accordingly, Mr. K.V. Ramarathnam ceases to be the Managing Director as well as the Director of the Company with effect from May 05, 2011.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on the July 28, 2009 has noted resignation of Mr. Arun Maira, as Director of the Company and as he ceased to be the Director of the Company. Further the Board at its meeting held on July 28, 2009 after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting has approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Kapoor, as Director (independent) of the Company with effect from July 28, 2009.
