(KTIL/ Resulting Company) for every 10 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each held by the shareholders of KEL pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay. Further, there will not be any fractional allotment or entitlement of shares.
