Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 05, 2011 carried and approved the following : (1) Declaration of dividend @ 10% (i.e. Rs. 1 per share) subject to confirmation of same by members of the Company in its Annual General Meeting.

Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 24, 2007 have approved the Final Accounts of the Company for the FY 2006-07. Further the Board of Directors have approved payment of Dividend @ 10% for Financial Year 2006-07 and increase in remuneration to Wholetime Directors subject to necessary approval from shareholders. They have also approved/ recommend as under: (1) Increase in Borrowing Power of Board beyond paid up capital and free reserve of Company and its power to create charge / lien on Company's assets. (2)
