IFGL Refractories Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 16, 2015 it was noted that Mr Sadayoshi Tateishi has vacated his office of Director following provisions of Sec 167 of the Companies Act 2013 (the Act) as he did not attend Board Meetings during financial year 2014-15.The Board of Directors also resolved to appoint Mr Hisatake Okumura as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect in accordance with provisions of Section 161 of the Act.

Ifgl Refractories Limited has informed the Exchange that with effect from November 05, 2011, Mr. Osamu Matsuura has ceased to be Director of the Company and in the vacancy so caused, Mr. Yoshihiro Konno, son of Mr. Yasuo Konno has been appointed as a Casual Director pursuant to provisions of Section 262 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Ifgl Refractories Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company by passing a resolution by circulation on June 23, 2011 have appointed Prof Surendra Munshi, a Retd. Professor of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta as a Non-executive Independent Director pursuant to provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. Prof Munshi will hold office as an Additional Director of the Company upto conclusion of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the shareholders.
