Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that subsequent to the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors at its meeting held on August 05, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2016 has appointed Mr. Asim Kumar Basu, Vice President- Corporate HR as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from August 05, 2016, within the meaning of Section 2(18) of the Companies Act, 2013, for a period of two years.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that subsequent to the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016 has appointed Ms. Sanu Agarwal as Company Secretary with effect from May 25, 2016. The Board also appointed Ms. Sanu Agarwal, Company Secretary, as Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Ajay Kumar Bansal, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on May 13, 2016. Accordingly, Shri Ajay Kumar Bansal ceased to be Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on May 13, 2016.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Tarun Kumar Kabra, Company Secretary has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31st December, 2015. Accordingly, Shri Tarun Kumar Kabra will be ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31st December, 2015.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has received a letter dated September 16, 2015 on September 17, 2015 from Shri Sanjay Basu tendering his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, Shri Sanjay Basu ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from September 17, 2015.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Moloy Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 15, 2015. Accordingly, Shri Moloy Chowdhury ceased to be Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 15, 2015.

Hindustan Motors Limited has informed the Exchange that subsequent to the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors at its meeting held on March 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated March 30, 2015, appointed Smt. Mou Mukherjee as Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 30, 2015. Smt. Mou Mukherjee has also been appointed as Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of Members, for a period of five consecutive years with effect from March 30, 2015.
