    Clarification of News : The press had reports that GKW Limited is close to finalising its Banglore property deal. Further, the negotiations for Bhandup properties have also been initiated. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the press and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. GKW Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The company has received approval from the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for its Rehabilitation Schem
