First Leasing Company of India Limited has informed the Exchange that" ICICI Bank Ltd in the matter of Company Petition for winding up had filed an application for the appointment of Official Liquidator as the Provisional liquidator of the Company (Notice received by the Company on 14/07/2014).The matter came up for hearing on 31.07.2014. The Hon'ble High Court of Madras had allowed the petition filed by the ICICI Bank and has appointed the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator".

First Leasing Company Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. N Kumar has resigned from the Office of Company Secretary with effect from September 28, 2012 and Ms. Sheetal R has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from October 01, 2012.
