CRISIL has re-affirmed 'A1' rating for the Company's letter of credit facility of Rs. 500 million.

Excel Crop Care Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to a hearing in the Writ Petition relating to the pesticide Endosulfan, the Hon'ble Supreme Court on September 30, 2011 allowed export of the existing manufactured stock of Endosulfan Technical, subject to certain conditions. The Pesticide Industry is currently holding stock of about 1090 MT of Endosulfan Technical, which is allowed to be exported under the said order. The next hearing in the matter is fixed for October 10, 2011 for giving further directions to the Joint Expert Committee.
