Excel Crop Care Limited has informed the Exchange that the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company had considered and approved the sale of investment in 1,45,760 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up of Excel Industries Limited at aggregate consideration of Rs.4,05,21,280/-, further, the company inform exchange that the Company has sold the said equity shares to one of the existing co-promoters of Excel Industries Limited.
