Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that due to some technical problems the dividend declared by the members at Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 will be paid on October 3, 2013 instead of October 1, 2013 through NECS facility of Payment and instrument paying dividend will be dated October 3, 2013 instead of October 1, 2013 as stated earlier.

Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that the date of payment of dividend, if declared by the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 has been fixed as October 01, 2013 and instrument paying dividend will be dated October 01, 2013.

Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2013 has recommended a dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each.
