Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Manoj Jain has been appointed as Company Secretary. Further, Mr. Manoj Jain has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company, in place of Mr. Subir Ray.

Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Haresh Vala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. April 15, 2015. Further till such time, a Company Secretary is appointed, Mr. Subir Kumar Ray, Chief Financial Officer will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 16, 2015.

Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 14, 2013 amongst the other business has inter alia promoted Mr. Subir Kumar Ray to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2013 in place of Mr. Rajiv Chandra who will now lead Corporate Planning and Strategy department of the Company.
