Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri. Sanjay Mehta, Director and Managing Director was liable to retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2010. Shri. Sanjay Mehta has not sought re-appointment and therefore ceased to be a Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from July 24, 2010.

Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 24, 2010, Shri. Shailesh Sawa has been appointed as an Additional Director in the wholetime employment of the Company designated as Director Finance with effect from July 24, 2010. At the same meeting Shri. V. Ashok has resigned as Wholetime Director. Shri. Ashok will however continue to be Director on the Board of the Company.
