Essar Ports Limited has, with reference to the Delisting of the equity shares of the Company from the Exchange, submitted to the Exchange the details of the name, address and contact numbers of the Contact Person at RTA and at the Company for solving Investor queries post Delisting.

Essar Ports Limited has informed the Exchange that the Strategic Alliance Agreement executed amongst the Company, Port of Antwerp international and Port of Antwerp International UK Limited ("SAA") has been mutually terminated. The parties will however continue to work on the ongoing engagements which were initiated under the SAA.
