Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2017, after considering Financial Results decided not to recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 30, 2016, the Board of Directors has not recommended dividend for the financial year 2015-16.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Dividend, if declared, shall be paid/dispatched to the members of the Company on or before October 24, 2015.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015 has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.10 paisa per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2014 has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.10 paisa per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that dividend if declared shall be paid or dispatch to the shareholders of the Company on or before October 24, 2013.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that in the Board Meeting of the Company held on May 09, 2013, the dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, the same shall be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting, i.e. on or before October 24, 2013.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2013 has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.20/- (Twenty paisa) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that subject to the approval of shareholders at Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2012 has recommended a dividend of Re.0.20 paise per equity share (i.e. 10%) on equity shares of the Rs.2/- each. The said dividend, if declared, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 21, 2012 shall be paid to the shareholders on or before October 01, 2012.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has recommended dividend of Rs.0.20/- per share subject to approvals.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 26, 2010 have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.40 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (70%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2010, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend at the rate of 70% i.e. Rs.1.40/- per share (face value Rs.2/-) on 5,88,36,860 equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2009. The dividend if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 25, 2009 shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General meeting."

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 27, 2009 have recommended Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 @ 70% i.e. Rs.1.40/- per share (face value Rs.2/- per equity share).

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007 have recommended a dividend of Rs.5/- per share (50%) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007, subject to the approval of Members of Company.

Emco Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 15th March 2007 has decided not to declare any interim dividend and hence the record date of 22nd March 2007 fixed earlier stands cancelled".
