Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the Scheme of Arrangement with regard to Demerger of Marketing & Distributing Business and Manufacturing division into Dynacons Technologies Limited (the "Resultant Company") vide its order dated October 15, 2010 which was received by the Company on October 22, 2010.
