Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that Further to Company's letter dated May 27, 2016, Company wish to inform the Exchange that in view of the loss incurred during the Financial Year 2015-2016, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the approval of the Shareholders for the said Financial Year 2015-2016 .

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2013 has recommended 15% (Rs.1.5/- per share) dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2012 has recommended Rs.1.50 per Share dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 20, 2011 has recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each resulting in an outflow of Rs. 251.59 lacs.

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 21, 2010 has recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each resulting in an outflow of Rs. 236.36 lacs towards dividend and Rs. 40.17 lacs towards tax on dividend. Consequently the total dividend declared for the year ended March 31, 2010 is Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each resulting in a total outflow of Rs. 460.72 lacs towards dividend and Rs. 78.30 lacs towards tax on dividend.

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 31, 2009 have declared an Interim dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share of Rs.10 each.

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2009 have taken the following decisions: The Board recommended issue of bonus shares for the approval of the Shareholders in the proportion of 2 new equity shares for every 5 equity shares held as on the record date to be determined by the Board of Directors and also recommended 30% dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
