Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company raised US$ 15 million through issue of FCCB's of which there is an unutilised amount of US$ 2.86 million as at March 31, 2007 which is currently lying in the State Bank of India Singapore Branch. Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that: "the Company has received Letter of Award for charter hire of M V Brahmaputra Dolphin for a firm charter period of two years for Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd. by M/s. Mashhor General Contractor SDN BHD, Negara Brunei Darussalam, which may be extended for a further period of 3 years. The approximate value of the charter hire is US$ 5million for the primary period. The charter hire is likely to commence from June 7, 2007".

The auditor's observations are : That due to a printing error, the figures of provisions for deferred tax and of fringe benefit tax have been interchanged.
