Dalmia Bharat Limited has informed the Exchange that "Clarification with respect to Dividend"

Dalmia Bharat Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on October 30, 2018 has recommended declaration of Dividend for the financial year 2017-18 at the rate of Rs 1.70 (being 85%) per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company.

Dalmia Bharat Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2017 has recommended final dividend of Rs.2.20/- (110%) per equity share for the financial year 2016-17.

Dalmia Bharat Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 15, 2016, declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16 of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 100%). The Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders by electronic transfer and/or dispatch of dividend warrants on or before March 30, 2016.
